Before an appointment is confirmed

Your artist should confirm the service, location, price, estimated duration, date and time directly with you. Do not treat the on-screen preview as a confirmed appointment.

Deposits, changes and cancellations

No deposit is collected through this site. Deposit amounts, cancellation notice periods, rescheduling terms, late-arrival arrangements and refund conditions have not yet been set. The studio will provide its final policy before accepting a booking or payment.

Preparing for your service

Share relevant product sensitivities or allergies directly with the artist before a service. Ask the artist about preparation and any patch testing they require.
